Definitely high on my wish list (especially the sandals) since I saw the S/S 11 lookbook. I love the coin print against the black. This is the first Alexander McQueen menswear collection under the creative direction of Sarah Burton.

For the launch of Mugler’s menswear A/W 11 collection, the French brand released an online film made by the revolutionary creative directory Nicola Formichetti following the Paris Fashion Week runway show. The soundtrack to the film, ‘Anatomy of Change’, is is an exclusive track by Lady Gaga.
The collection was brought together by the team of creative director Nicola Formichetti and avant-garde menswear designer Romain Kremer.

The British avant-garde designer, Gareth Pugh, showcased a preview of his Autumn/ Winter 2011 collection in advance to the catwalk show at Paris Fashion Week. , Projected to the ceiling of a 14th century church, the film was shown at Pitti Uomo in Florence. The film was created with fashion film m\ker Ruth Hoben.
The collection itself, inspired by religious iconography and Florence opulence, was surprisingly colourful for Gareth Poug’s work. The shapes Gareth Poug is famous for were present in the collection.

Staring Natalie Portman, Vincent Cassel, and Mila Kunis, the film revolves around the production of Swan Lake.
The film is currently nominated for a ‘Costume Design BAFTA’. However, designers and sisters Laura & Kate Mulleavy.of Rodarte have not been credited for their beautiful ballet costumes in the films nominations. According to FOX films, only the official designer is eligible for the nomination.
